Project Director
Nifty Contractor specializes in complete home renovations, and additions. We operate in a fast-paced, competitive environment, and our main goal is to give our clients the best renovation experience possible.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic project director's to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a background in residential construction.
The project director’s responsibilities include managing leads for potential sales and meeting with prospective clients, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, preparing scopes of work, facilitating communication between the job, clients, contractors and suppliers, working alongside the design department, and resolving job site issues.
We believe in building strong relationships with our clients and are looking for charismatic personnel who can communicate our company values and help our clients enjoy the renovation process.
The successful candidate will fulfill the following education, experience and skills requirements;
3+ years of relevant sales experience
Background knowledge in construction or renovation
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
Understanding of building codes
Ability to work under pressure
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Professional and courteous disposition
Valid driver’s license
Estimating experience an asset
A director who constantly goes above and beyond to ensure company goals are met or exceeded and that clients are completely satisfied is key to the success of any company or project. We are seeking an energetic project director who is a master of building relationships, inspiring trust, and creating client referrals on the jobs they manage. This position demands a high level of performance, and organization and communication skills are very important. We need someone who can be strong and to-the-point when dealing with our contractors and honest and compassionate when dealing with our clients.
This is a paid position within a 3 month probationary period. Salary will commensurate with level of experience.
